This blog is about my health journey – I’m not going to call it a weight loss journey because that part will be a happy side effect of getting back to loving my body and myself. There are plenty of blogs out there about success stories, and I’m hoping that’s what this blog will be some day. For now, it’s all about how I’m getting there. There are going to be a lot of rants, probably some breakdowns, hopefully successes and some recipes mixed in there. What I’m hoping is that other women out there who are at the end of their rope can relate to some of what I say here and may be inspired to go on their own journey. I’m hoping this can become a community, a support system where I can get things off my chest and I hope you all can too.
